These horses are not yet ready to move to new homes.

<h2></h2><p>This mare and foal arrived after being sold to a meat buyer. We named the mare Mandy, the filly doesn't have a name yet.</p>

<h2></h2><p>MOCHA is a 1999 QH mare. She's well broke and has great manners. This is the day she arrived, very skinny and quite weak. She was an owner surrender. It will take some time to get her to a healthy weight again so she won't be available for placement probably until summer of 2017.<br></p>

<h2></h2><p>CASSIDY is a 2006 Polish Arab mare. She badly injured both back feet in barbed wire and her owner didn't bother to care for the wounds, they were at least 3 months old when she arrived. Her feet were bleeding and raw and hadn't been trimmed in a long time. Because of a good friend who wouldn't rest until this horse was safe, we finally were able to purchase her and get her the help she needs. Her wounds are healing, but it's going to take time until she's totally sound.<br></p>
